Record Drawings and Closeout Documents

Maps and Records is your resource for all facility record information, such as floor plans and other information related to building infrastructure. You can contact them for any building information you need before, during, or after your project. Maps and Records also coordinates the Plans Review process and maintains the Online Archives Database.

At the completion of your project, you must submit closeout documents to Maps and Records. Submit your final record documents using the online As-Built Transmittal Form

Closeout tips: 

  • Provide AutoCAD and PDF versions of your as-built construction drawings
  • Submit a scanned PDF of the signed final permit and/or temporary certificate of occupancy in your closeout package
  • It is recommended not to pay the final contractors’ invoices until you have received the As-Built package; approved package should then be sent to Maps and Records
