DMP Project Delivery Training
The DMP Project Delivery Training course provides essential information about Stanford University's Project Delivery Process (PDP) and the tools and resources necessary for successful project delivery. LBRE requires that all individuals who authorize a DMP, and the department staff responsible for the project, receive mandatory training before it commences. Qualification includes agreement to the terms of the DMP Policy, and completion of the online training and qualification test.
Project Managers are responsible for understanding and complying with all policies and regulatory requirements and must always maintain authority and accountability for their projects.
