Robert C. Reidy
Bob joined Stanford University in 1997. As Vice President of Land, Buildings & Real Estate (LBRE) he is responsible for issues related to providing stewardship for all of Stanford lands (over 8,200 acres); planning and implementing Stanford’s Capital Plan; the university’s commercial real estate portfolio on endowed lands; managing operations and maintenance, utilities, grounds, and parking and transportation for both the main campus and Stanford Redwood City’s (SRWC) campus. Additionally, Bob oversees the annual operating budgets for both LBRE and SRWC.
Bob earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical & Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Stanford Federal Credit Union, Bay Area Council, and the University of Nebraska Medical Center Development Corporation. He is a trustee of the Urban Land Institute, a Senior Fellow with the American Leadership Forum – Silicon Valley, and he previously served on the Board of Overseers for the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory.
