Land Use & Environmental Planning (LUEP) provides land use planning, environmental permitting, and spatial analysis services to university partners with a focus on long-term planning and land stewardship. Project Management Resources
PMR supports schools and departments that manage their own facilities and infrastructure projects (Departmentally Managed Projects or DMPs) by providing resources and training on University policies and procedures. We are also the University liaison and point of contact for our primary permitting jurisdiction Santa Clara County.

The Real Estate Department is led by the Associate Vice President and includes over thirty professionals in the areas of Asset Management, Real Estate Development, Gift Real Estate, Residential Housing Planning and Acquisitions, and Real Estate Finance & Lease Administration.
