Welcome to District Management

The role of District Management is to coordinate the delivery of building maintenance services in partnership with you and your academic programs. Our goal is to provide these services in a timely and cost-effective manner with minimal disruption to faculty, staff, and students. We are also your Program Managers for major maintenance and repair projects and act as your main point of contact for all facilities related issues.

What Are "Districts?"

We have divided 10 million square feet of academic buildings into 4 districts (A through D) to manage the delivery of building maintenance services. This enables the District staff to know their buildings well and focus on the occupants to better address their needs. The interactive District Map identifies each district by color and provides contact information. Other campus buildings which are not managed by District Management are Residential and Dining Enterprises (R&DE), School of Medicine, and Athletics (DAPER).
