Olmsted Terrace Faculty Homes
Project Description
The project will provide 39 single-family homes for sale to eligible faculty. The two-story homes will range from 1,930 to 2,400 square feet and offer three or four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a private study. Each home has an attached two-car garage and a designated guest parking stall. The homes are arranged in “clusters” in order to minimize curb cuts along Olmsted Road, while maximizing shared green space, orientation to natural light and a sense of privacy. The homes are designed to be energy-efficient and sustainable and to incorporate drought-tolerant landscaping. The scope of the project includes installation of a storm drain facility and utility infrastructure, as well as the development of a public jogging path and sidewalk along Stanford Avenue.
