Staff Rental Housing at Olmsted

Project Description

This project will provide 25 housing units for staff rental through the Department of Athletics, Physical Education. The development will provide clusters of cottages to match a similar development along Stanford Avenue. The scope of the project includes drainage improvements, utility upgrades, landscaping, and a running path along El Camino Real.
