Mulberry Child Care Center 2

Project Description

The center will be located near the southeast corner of Serra Street, adjacent to the recently completed Child Care Center, and will back up to El Camino Real, across from the family neighborhood of Escondido Village. The new child care facility will front Olmsted Road with a covered main entry. A fence will enclose the center’s play yard that lies west of the building. The center will encompass 9,411 gsf in a residential-type, two-story building. It will include amenities similar to those at the other existing centers on campus, such as tree-shaded outdoor play areas.
